All payments are due on the due date regardless of attendance at a particular camp. If you are to be absent for ANY reason it is your responsibility to make sure the payment is made on time. Payments are subject to late penalties regardless of your attendance. November

Refund
Policy
If
a prospective member is not offered a performance spot in the corps through the
audition process or chooses not to continue prior to, February 3, 2006 he/she
may request (in writing) a refund of Membership Dues paid (Audition and Camp
fees are non-refundable). If a
member decides not to continue, they must notify the Director in writing or
email. If
a member accepts a performance or alternate spot (by signing a Membership
Contract) no refund of any kind will be given should a member willingly leave
the corps (for any reason) or be terminated due to disciplinary reasons
including but not limited to nonattendance at camps, nonpayment of fees, failure
to comply with performance improvement goals, failure to comply with the terms
of the Membership Contract or corps policies outlined in the Membership
Handbook. |
